Sandy joined Zoro in 2019 as the company’s first female vice president and established its business development, category management and digital merchandising capabilities, which were instrumental in expanding Zoro’s assortment to more than 13 million products.  

Sandy continues to invest in the culture that has seen Zoro recognized repeatedly as a great place to work.

Sandy joined Zoro in 2019 as its first female vice president and has taken on roles of increasing responsibility across the company, including serving as the Chief Merchandising Officer. In that role, she provided strategic and operational leadership across Zoro’s business development, category management, product information, pricing and digital merchandising teams. She has been instrumental to Zoro’s success, expanding its assortment to over 13 million products. 

In 2023, she took on the role of President and continues to position the company as a leading innovator within the wholesale distribution industry. Under her leadership, the Zoro team continues to embrace the values that have contributed to their success while building new capabilities for Zoro’s future.  

Before joining Zoro, Sandy held leadership roles in strategy, merchandising and marketing with Bain & Company and leading consumer and retail businesses, including The Clorox Company, Victoria’s Secret and Bath & Body Works. Sandy holds a bachelor’s in business administration from the University of California, Berkeley, and an MBA from Stanford University Graduate School of Business. She was selected as an International Women’s Forum Leadership Fellow in 2021.
