Alex’s strong customer service, IT risk assessment, and regulatory compliance expertise enable her to bridge the gap between technical requirements and client needs. She is highly skilled in pinpointing vulnerabilities and crafting proactive solutions that meet client’s unique needs.  

Alex earned a Bachelor of Science in Management and Information Systems and International Business from Drexel University in 2011.  She also holds multiple industry certifications and was recognized as the CompTIA Member of the Year in 2023.  

Alex resides in Owings Mills, Maryland, with her husband, Casey, and son, Teddy.  In her spare time, Alex enjoys spending time with friends and family and volunteering at the local animal shelter.
