Meet our panelists:

Steven Javor 

Steven is a Global Director of eCommerce (North America) for Schneider Electric, a top Energy Multinational based in Paris, Boston and Hong Kong, he has held leadership positions in Canada, the US and the EU. 

A digital business professional with 20+ years’ experience, Steven has pioneered B2C and B2B digital strategies and solutions for major national and international brands. 

He has worked with companies such as Amazon, Grainger, Graybar, Walmart, Canada Post, RS Components, Bell Canada, RBC, Sonepar, Home Depot and Ericsson and has led two start-ups in the online retail and digital services verticals. 

Steven is a member of the Academy of Television Arts and Science (Emmy Awards – Interactive Media Peer Group) and lectures on ecommerce at the University of Toronto, School of Continuing Studies. 

 

Coburn Flannery

Coburn Flannery, Director of eBusiness at The Granite Group, has been with the company for over 20 years helping trade professionals grow their businesses through technology. He works with customers and partners to understand the relationships between their businesses and available technologies so they can benefit from the efficiencies — to make business and their lives easier. Flannery defines and executes the digital strategy for The Granite Group's ecommerce, digital marketing, content management and customer experience initiatives, while leading a cross-functional team of senior leaders to achieve digital transformation.

Gail Soliani is the Digital Marketing & Creative Manager for 2J Supply HVAC Distributors in Dayton, Ohio. Gail has over 20 years of experience in both Business to Business and Direct to Consumer digital environments. She has dedicated her time and focus to keeping brands relevant and improving their online shopping experience with successful marketing and creative strategies.

 

Brad Rosenthal

Brad Rosenthal has a 25-year background in Marketing, Project Management and team leadership. Brad has successfully directed, marketed, budgeted and managed projects and development staffs for billion-dollar multinational corporations.

In addition to overseeing the life cycle of software products and marketing projects, Brad has designed the look, feel and user architecture of countless software systems, print publications, e-commerce websites and kiosk interface devices. To establish objective design results, he has administered hundreds of design review sessions and usability focus groups. Throughout his career as a software architect, Brad has championed the critical nature of proper design, logical workflow and customer usability.

Brad is a recognized industry expert in omnichannel marketing and has lectured in national venues on subjects such as Digital Transformation, E-Commerce Workflow, Master Data Management, Organic Search Engine Strategies, Content Management Systems, and Social Internet Marketing.
